DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This contract has been issued in accordance with the obligation to make a contract for sales over the Internet in accordance with the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137 and is as follows in articles.

ARTICLE 1. SUBJECT

The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers - Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of the product that the seller sells to the buyer, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below.

ARTICLE 2.2. BUYER INFORMATION

4.5. ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or to the person / organization at the address indicated. In addition, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or made personal by making changes or additions on them.

If the payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, the consumer may request the cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card is used against his consent and unlawfully.
